Applicants for permanent residency are required to bring with them:

Please bring any available medical reports on operations or current medical conditions - we can request further details if necessary.

With effect from May 2010, the blood test includes lipids and glucose for all applicants aged 15 years and older, hence it is preferable to attend having fasted (drink eg water/black tea/black coffee only) for the preceding 12 hours.

Charges (including 17.5% VAT and postage):

• Medical CXR & Blood Tests required for applicants 15 and over - £321.00
• Medical & CXR required for applicant 11 and over - £209.00
• Children under 11 - £66.00
