Applicants for permanent residency are required to bring with them:

 3 Passport photos

(Any medical report on operations or current medical conditions)

Charges (including VAT and postage):

• Medical CXR & Blood Tests required for applicants 15 and over - £301.00
• Medical & CXR required for applicant 11 and over - £204.00
• If any extra pathology is required i.e. lipids and glucose - £25.00
• Children under 11 - £64.00
